Room Rental Terms & Conditions
Thank you for considering our space for your private event! Please review the following terms and conditions for renting our room:
Room Capacity:
Our room comfortably accommodates up to 12 people, making it perfect for small gatherings, meetings, or private events.Rental Fees:
$100 for 2 hours
$135 for 3 hours
The rental fee covers the room use during the specified time, including setup and cleanup. Additional time can be arranged for an extra charge.
Security Deposit:
A refundable security deposit of $50 is required at the time of booking by check. This deposit will be returned in full, provided the room and its contents are left in good condition. Any damages or excessive cleaning required may result in a partial or full forfeiture of the deposit.Access & Usage:
The room offers individual access, giving you the privacy and flexibility to set up your event as needed. You are welcome to bring in your own projector, AV equipment, or other materials for your event.Artist Studios in Use:
Please keep in mind that our space houses working artist studios. While your event will be held in a private, designated area, there may be other artists working within the space during your rental. The layout of the venue allows for limited distractions, but some noise or movement may occur.Cleanliness & Condition:
We kindly ask that you return the space in the same condition as you found it. Basic cleaning supplies will be provided for your convenience.
