Private Art Class Booking Terms & Conditions
Thank you for choosing to book a private art class with us! Below are the details and guidelines for your booking:
Booking & Deposit:
A non-refundable deposit of $200 is required to secure your class once a date and class type have been confirmed. The deposit will be applied toward the total balance of your class.Class Size:
Our private classes accommodate 8 to 12 people. If your group is larger or smaller, please reach out, and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.Payment:
The remaining balance for the class will be invoiced and must be paid in full via credit card before the day of the event. The class will not proceed unless payment is received in full.Cancellation:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your private class, a cancellation fee of $120 will apply. We ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule. The $200 deposit remains non-refundable.Class Variations:
Each class is taught by an individual instructor, and the specific craft or activity may vary based on the teacher and the number of students in the group. Please feel free to ask for details on the options available for your session.Refreshments:
We will provide light refreshments, including snacks, wine, and seltzer to enhance your creative experience.Art Supplies:
All necessary art supplies will be provided for your class. You’ll be ready to create your masterpiece with everything included.Local Art Shop Discount:
Enjoy a 10% discount on local artwork available for purchase in our shop at the back of the studio.
